In order to cut down on costs and bring you the best possible price on all the products we have listed, RUSeCom does not hold physical stock of all our listed products at our premises. Instead, our products are dispatched directly from our suppliers at various warehouses in and around JHB, DBN, and CPT; depending on your delivery address and stock availability at our supplier warehouses.
Your order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 17h00 and you, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification when accepting the delivery of your order.
In the case of OUTLYING AREAS or LARGE ORDERS, we reserve the right to use any cost-effective delivery method including the South African Post Office.
- If we are unable to obtain a cost-effective shipping rate to your location we will advise you of the additional shipping costs and the following options will apply:
You can pay those additional shipping costs or,
- Arrange your own courier from our warehouse.
Please note we do NOT deliver to farms!
RUSeCom charges a flat delivery fee based on your delivery address and total order weight on all orders under R3000 and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping on all orders over R3000.
We endeavor to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible! Orders placed after 1:00 pm will only be processed the following day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day following such day.
We carry a large selection of products and not all items are kept on location and as such orders may take up to 3 working days to dispatch from our warehouse. If there is any further delay you will be notified.
Depending on the location your order will be delivered within 3 – 5 working hours after dispatch from our location (up to 7 working days for outlying areas), however, if we deliver via the South African post office or if your location is remote shipping times can vary substantially.
*Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Where possible please use a business address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without a signature.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFO:
- We do not deliver to Postal Boxes as our service includes delivery via courier. (Door to Door).
- Deliveries are made during business hours 08h00-17h00 Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
- Our couriers don’t give exact delivery times and will deliver between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Our couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery alternatively, the goods will be returned.
- Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflected in our bank account. – Please note we do not release stock until payment has been reflected in our account. (Including in the event where proof of payment was presented).
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Two attempts will be made to deliver your order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the order after 2 attempts, You may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel your order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.
Please allow 3 working days for order processing before dispatch. This stage is vital for order picking, packing, and quality inspection before dispatch.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflected in our bank account. Orders placed after 10:00 am are only processed the following.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number which you can then use to track your delivery.
(Please note: in some instances, the couriers may decide to use a manually generated waybill which is not trackable – please email email@example.com should you be unsure of the progress of your delivery)
